1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Black Sea Mafia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

Each person may maintain one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use exploits, bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to manipulate game systems or bypass anti-cheat measures
• Impersonate staff or other players
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game assets outside official channels

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund.

5. Virtual Items & Purchases

Gold and all other virtual items are licensed, not sold. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify virtual item availability, pricing, and functionality at any time, including between seasons.

6. Seasonal Resets

Black Sea Mafia operates on a seasonal model. At the end of each season, character progression, currency, inventory, family membership, and leaderboards reset. Gold balances, Hall of Fame entries, cosmetic unlocks, and account credentials are permanent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, art, text, and game systems are the intellectual property of Black Sea Mafia and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
